Through the exploration of movement and breath, my classes focus on enhancing students’ mental and physical wellbeing – reducing stress and anxiety; relieving tension; improving posture and alignment; and more. I teach a unique Hatha Flow style, inspired by a blend of contemporary and classical influences; including the ancient Raja Dhiraja Yoga. My approach stems from my personal experiences - beginning with Yoga’s ability to manage and heal Anxiety; to build self-resilience and empowerment; and its continual ability to expand perceptions each day.
